PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150‑adviser Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes & Co and Intercounty.

The roles available are either Employed or Self‑Employed, with all leads provided by the Estate Agency branch/branches we partner you with (details below).

This role would support the Davis Tate estate agency businesses in Reading and Pangbourne.

The roles available are either full office working or hybrid working.

Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000, negotiable, with an OTE of £70,000+.

Should the advisor prefer the self‑employed role, then the splits are 70% on self‑gen with the leads provided percentage at 45%.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
