A talent development agency in the UK is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual for the role of Model Scout & Development. The position involves street scouting for new talent three times a week and managing relationships with new faces. Candidates should have a strong eye for detail and excellent personal management skills. A full DBS check is required. The company fosters a professional brand ethos and prioritizes career investment in talent.
£25,000-£28,000 per annum, with a discretionary annual bonus and zone 1-6 London travel card
25 day per year, excluding bank holidays, WFH Wednesdays

We are seeking a compassionate, organised and motivated individual to join our team in the position of Model Scout & Development. The right person for this role needs to be passionate about the industry & growing our new talent base with a view to long term development and career investment. A knowledge of the industry, current trends and relevant faces is important, but extensive experience is not necessarily required if the individual has a great eye & is attentive to detail. As this person will be working with our emerging talent, a full, clean DBS check will be required & regularly updated. Exceptional personal management, customer facing and presenting skills are required. The ability to manage and handle expectations whilst mutually creating a safe and welcoming work culture is essential. Importantly, the ethos of our brand and the utmost level of professionalism must be maintained at all times.
