Overview

As a Mobile Optometrist at Vision Express, you’ll travel to multiple Vision Express stores in your area to provide your specialist expertise. You’ll work with world class technology including automated refraction, non-contact tonometry, automated keratometry, fundus camera, visual field analyser, OCT and automated phoropters.

Although the hours of this role are advertised, we’re open to discussing flexible options to fit your ideal working week (e.g., hours around the school run or a compressed week).

Who is the perfect candidate

• Experience in testing patients’ eyes and providing specialist recommendations on eyecare or eyewear solutions
• Great communication and the ability to translate professional terminology into everyday language for patients
• Team work with colleagues across the whole store team
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
