Qualifications

  • Recognised HVAC qualification: NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in the service engineer role within the air conditioning industry.
  • F-GAS 2079 Cat 1 qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support and top-tier customer service.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance and repair work on HVAC equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical service issues in a timely manner.
  • Document findings and recommendations clearly.

Skills

Proven experience in the air conditioning industry

Education

Recognised HVAC qualification: NVQ level 2
