Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a building maintenance role, particularly in planned, reactive, and remedial maintenance.
• Current Full UK Driver's License.
• Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.

Responsibilities

• Undertake various electrical tasks including inspection & testing.
• Work both independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Complete documentation accurately and submit on time.
• Liaise with electrical engineers to develop solutions.
