A leading facilities management company is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to ensure the safety of the courts and tribunal system in Cambridge. This mobile role involves providing exceptional customer service and engaging in various security checks, including monitoring via CCTV. Ideal candidates will have relevant security experience, strong communication skills, and must have the right to work in the UK. The position offers a minimum of 40 contractual hours with flexible scheduling and benefits including attendance allowance.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate.
• SIA Licence and relevant security related experience.
• You may require a UK driving licence (location dependent).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding court users.
• Monitor premises and visitors via CCTV and x-ray machines.
• Patrol and secure access to buildings and satellite buildings.
• Respond to panic alarm buttons in Judges’ rooms, courts, and offices.
• Record and report details of any security incidents.
