Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – North East (Durham, Hartlepool, Gateshead, Newcastle, Sunderland)
Location: Across multiple sites in the North East
Hours: Minimum of 16 hours per week, with opportunity for overtime
Pay: Competitive rate + mileage paid

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support our sites across the North East region. This is a flexible and varied role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising cleaning teams across multiple sites

Carrying out regular quality checks and ensuring compliance with company standards

Covering staff absence when required

Liaising with clients and the management team

Driving between sites (mileage paid)

Requirements:

Previous cleaning and supervisory experience

Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently and use initiative
