A leading engineering firm is seeking a MITER Plant Operator for a 12-month contract in Abingdon. This role involves maintaining military and commercial equipment and driving vehicles as part of the Army Reserve program. Ideal candidates will have a Category C driving license and a willingness to learn. The position offers a competitive salary of £32,097 with benefits including training opportunities and a generous pension scheme.

Join our vibrant, inclusive community in Complex Facilities/Defence Equipment as Plant Operators and be integral to the delivery of our MOD contract. As part of this role, you will be required to become an active member of the Army Reserve as a Sponsored Reserve. As part of the recruitment process those who have no military experience or have been out of the military for over 6 years will be required to attend Army Reservist basic training.
