A leading automotive company in Elmbridge is searching for a MINI Sales Executive dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. The role requires understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction from financing through to contracts. While automotive sales experience is advantageous, candidates with strong customer-centric sales backgrounds from other industries are encouraged to apply. Berry Thames Ditton is looking for a MINI Sales Executive.
You’ll make sure that each customer feels they’re a one‑off by understanding exactly where and how a MINI will fit into their life. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process and provide them with both the experience they want, and the vehicle they need.
You might already have automotive sales experience. Or, you could bring us proven experience in a customer‑centric sales role from a different industry because you’ll get all the training you need to make a successful switch. We also expect you to have a full driving licence and the tenacity and commitment to realise your full potential.
