Responsibilities

• Manage showroom environment and maintain required standards.
• Support vehicle movements in the showroom.
• Enhance customer experience through support at any stage of the sales journey.
• Maintain the booking system and handle customer enquiries appropriately.
• Provide product presentations and premium test drives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all products and competitors.
• Coordinate product launches and customer events with Sales Manager.
