We are looking for midwives to join our hospital team at Hastings. You will have the opportunity to work within a variety of settings to provide women and birthing people with holistic and individualised care. Our consultant‑led unit at Conquest Hospital is based at the Hastings site.
We are a tight‑knit team working closely together to provide завер mynd and their families with high quality, evidence‑based midwifery care. You will need to be a highly motivated team player, committed to driving forward an innovative service with the existing team. Midwives with a commitment to provide safe, cohesive and collaborative working are essential.
We offer an excellent induction programme for all and a full preceptorship programme for newly qualified midwives, plus a friendly, supportive and highly driven team to develop with for all experienced Band 6s.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently and autonomously within the team is essential. You will gain experience in all aspects of midwifery care and will be supported to provide compassionate care.
