What you will be doing:
  • Maintaining and developing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, developing business relationships through ongoing solutions advice.
  • Ascertaining the customer’s most key business and talent needs through ongoing communication probing and listening.
  • Develop new sales opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver projects.
  • Promote the SHL brand in the marketplace.
What we are looking for from you:

Essential

  • To be an Account Manager you will need to be naturally curious.
  • You will have a strong desire to learn, build relationships and achieve career success.
  • High level of energy, attention to detail, resilient, adaptable with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Goal orientated.

Dutch or Finnish language skills would be an advantage
