Qualifications

• Previous hygiene experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably FMCG.
• Experience managing automated cleaning systems.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles is valuable.
• Microbiological understanding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with CLAS and customer requirements.
• Monitor hygiene practices and recommend improvements.
• Participate in product testing and validation.
