A leading facilities management provider is seeking a PPM M&E Engineer in the United Kingdom. This role involves performing planned maintenance tasks on M&E equipment and requires a full UK driving license and relevant qualifications. You’ll be out and about on the road travelling to your sites, carrying out planned M&E works.
The role includes PPM works to agreed SOPs on M&E equipment such as Air Conditioning, Heating, Heat Pumps, Electrical services and emergency lighting. There will be some associated PPM tasks that are Refrigeration Biased subject to your skill set so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams.
You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventive maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other electrical and mechanical tasks as well.
