We’re looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our growing MEP team across any of our UK studios. This is a key role in delivering high-quality, coordinated design outputs and models across a wide range of multidisciplinary engineering projects. Working under limited supervision, you'll take the lead in model management, project documentation, and BIM standards development, while also mentoring junior staff and collaborating across teams.

Key elements of the job
  • You will coordinate and produce 3D models and drawings, ensuring alignment with project BIM Execution Plans.
  • Manage BIM scope across projects, supporting drawing production, service coordination, and model deliverables.
  • Input into the development of BIM standards, templates, workflows and technical quality.
  • Mentor junior technicians and engineers in best practice BIM processes.
  • Strong technical skills in Revit, including model setup, family creation, drawing production and enforcing BIM standards.
  • Experienced with Navisworks for clash detection, viewpoint creation and coordination.
  • Good working knowledge of BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and coordination logic.
  • Able to identify cross-discipline coordination issues with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management, self-motivation, and communication skills.
