A dedicated care provider in Clydach is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join their team. This role involves providing day-to-day support for individuals with mental health needs in a residential home. The successful candidate will assist with healthcare needs, promote independence, and encourage participation in activities. HOURS: 35 hours per week
About Taith Cartref:
Taith Cartref is a 13 bedded home, on Gellionen Mountain in Clydach, Swansea. Famed for the Nickle works, we reside in the mansion house that was home to the owner of the works! There are 9 ensuite bedrooms and 4 flats with large grounds and patio area. We support individuals with a primary diagnosis of Mental health and complex needs such as schizophrenia, bipolar and depression. These individuals may also have other diagnosis such as autism, learning disabilities and substance misuse.
We have a team of highly trained staff that are available to provide support 24 hours per day. The service and aims to promote independence at every opportunity.
