Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £42,000 per annum + up to £4,000 annual performance bonus
We are looking for a Mental Health Service Manager to lead, develop, and oversee high-quality mental health support services in Hull.
As the Mental Health Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred support. You will lead a skilled team of mental health support workers and work closely with commissioners, partners, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.
Oversee the daily operation of mental health services, ensuring high standards of care
Manage budgets in accordance with company policies and procedures
Lead, support, and supervise staff, promoting performance, wellbeing, and professional development
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safeguarding requirements, and regulatory standards
Develop, implement, and monitor service improvement and action plans
Manage budgets, resources, and performance reporting effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, partners, and external stakeholders
Monitor outcomes to ensure services are recovery-focused, person-centred, and outcome-driven

Experience working within the mental health sector
Experience in problem solving, being transparent, taking accountability and escalating when required
Proven experience managing a service or team
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and regulatory requirements
