Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the mental health care sector is essential.
  • Must have prior supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record in a care/support role for at least 2 years.
  • Experience dealing with individuals with challenging behaviors.
  • Must possess a valid UK driving license and business insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the housing team's management and support services.
  • Ensure housing stock compliance with safety and legislation.
  • Lead interventions on housing notices and evictions.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support.
