A leading hotel and leisure brand in Portsmouth is seeking a Meetings and Events Operations Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You'll work closely with the General Manager and Sales team, managing tasks and solving problems proactively. The role demands an energetic and outgoing personality, as well as strong team collaboration. You’ll also deliver seamless conference and meeting services in a vibrant, dynamic environment with exciting opportunities for growth and development.

As Meetings and Events Operations Manager, you are responsible for working alongside the General Manager and Sales team to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch, checking that your team have completed their allocated tasks to enable our guests to have an outstanding time. This is a fast-paced role where you will need to think on your feet and solve problems before they happen so we need a proactive and confident individual. Not only that but delivering a seamless conference & meeting experience also needs to be in your make up.
