About the Role

As a Media Specialist in the Media Operations Team, you can expect to support, manage, optimise, and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients individually, and as part of a broader team. As part of the team, you will be working with both high-profile brands as well as smaller advertisers. Clients can be local, regional, or global.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage brand awareness-focused social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit via Sprinklr.
  • Optimise campaigns and provide reporting on performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external team members as part of an embedded client team.
The essentials
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, specifically in campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting on Meta or TikTok.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a strong team-oriented approach
  • Data analysis abilities (e.g. ability to organise performance data and translate this into clear, strategic narratives)
Nice to have:
  • Experience in brand awareness-focused social media management on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or Reddit.
  • Familiarity with using Sprinklr for social media management.
  • Media performance reporting and analysis skills across multiple channels and objectives.
  • Experience in managing client relationships in an embedded support role.
