Overview

We provide mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings. We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical installations in new‑build industrial sheds, warehouses, food production facilities, automotive sites, and other commercial schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery, and close‑out of mechanical installation projects up to £25 M+.
• Liaise with site managers, supervisors, and mechanical installation engineers on the ground.
• Coordinate with main contractors and specialist mechanical engineers to execute install elements.
• Conduct client‑facing meetings, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with a Senior Project Manager and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Commercially focused experience managing mechanical installation projects.
• Background in M&E / Building Services Mechanical installation project management.
• Proficiency in dealing with main contractors and specialist engineers.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
