A leading aerospace firm in Burnley is seeking a Delivery Team Leader to join their reliability engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and reacting to machine breakdowns, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications

What will I be doing?

As a member of the reliability engineering team, you will perform routine planned preventive operations on site process equipment in line with a pre‑planned maintenance schedule. You will also react to machine breakdowns, identify faults and fix issues safely within your capabilities.

ATTENTION

This is a day‑shift position until April/May 2026. After that, a day‑shift to back‑shift rotation will take place (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off).

Day shift: Monday‑Friday 07:30‑16:00. Back shift: Monday‑Thursday 15:00‑23:30; Friday 11:00‑16:00 (26 % shift premium).

Out‑of‑hours response on team rotation (including weekends) will be required.
