Job summary

A vehicle maintenance company in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced vehicle mechanic to maintain a fleet of mini buses, gritters, bin wagons, tippers, and small vans. This full-time position requires a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, along with an MOT Tester class 4&7 certification. Welding experience and an HGV driving license are preferred. Overtime opportunities are available, making this a great chance for committed candidates.

Summary: Experienced light/heavy vehicle mechanic, working 40 hours a week with the opportunity of overtime. Maintaining a fleet of mini buses, gritters, bin wagons, tippers and small vans.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service a fleet including mini buses, gritters, bin wagons, tippers and small vans.
  • Work approximately 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime as required.
Desirable Skills
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • MOT Tester class 4&7
  • Welding experience preferred
