Your role

We are currently seeking a Maximo Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade Maximo solutions. This role offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work on strategic projects with leading clients across the UK.

As a Maximo Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the overall solution design, client engagement, and technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable, high‑performance Maximo architectures.

• Solution Design & Delivery Leadership - Spearhead the architecture and implementation of Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) solutions, translating business needs into scalable technical roadmaps while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Team Coordination: Act as the primary client liaison during design phases, leading workshops and guiding cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Your profile

• Deep understanding of MAS 9 architecture, deployment models (on‑prem, SaaS, hybrid), and licensing.
• Experience with Maximo Manage, Monitor, Health, Mobile, and Predict modules.
• Proficiency in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Proficiency in Maximo Automation Scripts (Jython/JavaScript).
