Qualifications

• Suitable Post-Registration experience within relevant specialty at band 6 or above.
• Extensive clinical experience.
• Evidence of continued professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the directorate's patient experience plan.
• Coordinate the completion of all patient experience projects.
• Present findings of patient experience projects at meetings.

Skills

Effective communicator both written and verbal

Demonstrate good leadership and organisation skills

Report writing skills

Ability to work autonomously

Education

Registered Midwife

Evidence of Degree or masters qualification
