  • Ensure materials are available for project schedules, process shortage requests, and manage returns.
  • Maintain inventory systems (ERP), track material status, and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal, adhering to company HSE policies.

A Materials Coordinator manages the flow of supplies, overseeing inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution to ensure projects and production have needed materials, acting as a key liaison between departments (like procurement, warehouse, production) and external suppliers to maintain stock levels and track logistics, often using ERP systems for documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
