A leading catering company is seeking Matchday Retail Managers for Blackburn Rovers Football Club. What you’ll do
  • To attend pre‑match manager briefings, partaking in training required by legislation and the company.
  • To monitor staff working practices and assist with the training and development of staff to ensure they are working efficiently and productively with reference to responsibilities and job description of staff.
  • Ensuring that all kiosk staff are attentive to guests’ needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times.
  • Dealing with any complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Making sure staff are signed in, fully briefed.
  • Always ensure you and your team remain smart and presentable in line with the company’s dress and appearance policy.
