Who you are
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Skilled at managing content across multiple channels.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, email platforms (Mailchimp etc.), and social media tools.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable attending occasional in-person events or expos.
  • Able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with or managing contractors/service providers.
  • Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, Trello, or CRM systems.
  • Must have valid working rights in Australia.
What You’ll Do
  • Create and manage engaging content—blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Keep our website up to date with services, news, and offerings.
  • Coordinate training programs—track registrations, schedule sessions, and create modules using PowerPoint.
  • Represent us at local events and expos to build community connections.
  • Support contractor relationships and engagement.
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance and training outcomes.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure consistent messaging and materials.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and timelines.
