Job Title: Marketing Manager, Digital Transformation

Salary: £35,200 - £45,700

Location: Cambridge UK – Hybrid. (at least 2 days per week in the office)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Digital Transformation team, supporting the growth and evolution of our English business through innovative digital content and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and position new digital offerings, collaborate across digital channels, and enhance our digital marketing capabilities.

About the role

As part of the Digital Transformation and wider Core Portfolio Marketing team, you will play a key role in developing and delivering integrated digital content and transformation projects. You will work across multiple channels to engage target audiences and support sector objectives. You will also collaborate with colleagues in the Marketing, Commercial, and Propositions teams, ensuring that marketing activities are aligned with sector strategies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Additional responsibilities and accountabilities include:
  • Delivering cross‑sector digital marketing content, projects and journeys to engage audiences and meet objectives.
  • Supporting the launch and positioning of new digital propositions and platforms.
  • Collaborating with Digital, CRM, and Data teams in Marketing to monitor and optimise effectiveness.
  • Ensuring sales enablement tools and training are in place for digital products and platforms.
  • Building understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Championing best practice and innovation, including the use of AI.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40‑60% of their time collaborating and connecting face‑to‑face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long‑term health condition.

About You

As our Marketing Manager, Digital Transformation, you will bring a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for driving change in a fast‑moving environment. You are digitally literate, forward‑thinking, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to deliver commercial value.

Our ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience in a Marketing Manager role with a digital focus, including a track record of implementing digital transformation projects and initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • Be skilled in using digital tools and interpreting data analytics to inform and optimise marketing activities and reporting.
  • Be a confident presenter and collaborator, comfortable working in a matrix organisation.
  • Have experience managing internal and external communications, delivering clear briefs and reports.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, open‑mindedness, and a willingness to learn from others.
  • Support colleagues in developing digital marketing expertise.
