Location: Glasgow

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to execute multi-channel campaigns, manage day-to-day marketing activity and support delivery of the growth strategy developed by the CEO and fractional CMO.

You will be hands-on across digital, content, brand and performance marketing – turning strategy into high-impact execution. This role is ideal for a skilled marketer ready to step up within a scaling organisation, working across multiple channels and collaborating with agencies and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Project Management

You will lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across both client and care worker audiences, managing campaign calendars, deadlines and execution across digital, email, social and events. The role involves writing clear briefs for freelancers and agencies, ensuring outputs meet brand standards, and tracking campaign performance against KPIs. You will optimise campaigns in collaboration with the CEO to continually improve impact and efficiency.

Digital & Performance Marketing

You will be responsible for executing digital activity across paid social, email, SEO, the website and all organic social channels. This includes building and managing day-to-day content schedules, overseeing ad operations and making regular updates to the website. You will monitor funnel performance using GA4, HubSpot and analytics dashboards, providing insights that support stronger targeting and conversion.

Content & Creative Delivery

The role involves producing and coordinating a wide range of marketing content, including blogs, social posts, case studies, emails and landing pages. You will support the development of brand collateral, sales enablement materials and recruitment marketing assets, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and messaging across every channel.

Brand Implementation

You will help ensure the Staffscanner brand is implemented consistently across all touchpoints, supporting employer brand activity, internal communications and brand education initiatives. Maintaining clarity, cohesion and credibility across all brand expressions will be central to the role.

Agency Coordination

You will manage day-to-day interactions with creative, PR, digital and SEO agencies, gathering requirements, preparing briefs and ensuring work is delivered on time and to the correct standard. The role requires strong coordination and an ability to keep external partners aligned with brand expectations and deadlines.

Cross-Functional Support

You will collaborate closely with sales teams to strengthen lead generation, nurture and conversion, while working with product and operations to support improvements across the customer journey. The role also involves partnering with HR on internal culture initiatives, recruitment marketing and wider brand alignment across the organisation.

Experience & Skills
  • 3–6 years experience in a marketing role, ideally in tech, staffing, healthcare or B2B services.
  • Strong experience executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Hands‑on digital marketing skills (social, email, website, basic SEO/PPC support).
  • Confident using analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot, social platforms).
  • Strong copywriting, content creation and project management abilities.
  • Highly organised with ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Aligned with brand values and passionate about the care sector.
  • Hands‑on, proactive and eager to deliver high-impact work.
  • Curious, data‑informed and willing to continuously learn.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Private healthcare, private pension, death in service, birthday day off, additional leave accrual.
