THE ROLE |
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the role supports local marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement across the Coralisleрет Group of Companies, working closely with internal teams, SBU Leaders, agencies, interns, and vendors, and supporting administrative and cross‑functional initiatives.
Other duties & responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director, SBU Leaders, and Marketing Agency to implement and enforce Brand ID standards across materials and merchandise, ensuring correct logo usage and consistent corporate branding across channels, collateral, stationery, ads, publications, and client giveaways
- Develop, proofread, and oversee production, printing, inventory, and distribution of branded collateral, forms, and stationery, ensuring accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency
- Maintain inventory of approved collateral for all business lines, ensuring timely reordering and distribution
- Oversee the approval process for ads and events, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines
- Coordinate media advertisements and campaigns with SME’s, interessado Marketing Agency, and media partners
- Confirm ad placements with the Marketing Administrator and ensure ads run as scheduled
- Review media billings, verify negotiated rates, and resolve discrepancies before approving payments
- Monitor competitor activity and provide monthly reports on advertising expenses and competitor campaigns
- Support brand awareness and online reputation through social media management and website updates, ensuring content aligns with branding, strategies, and market‑specific information
- Plan and execute local marketing events, sponsorships, and trade shows; maintain the annual marketing calendar of campaigns, events, and sponsorships
- Review sponsorship and advertising requests, coordinate approvals with подел the Marketing Director or COO, and communicate outcomes
- Deploy press releases_matrix communication and approval guidelines, including the approval process and internal sharing before_distribution; update the intranet with news and announcements
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers
- Maintain organized records of releases, announcements, and key materials
- Attend weekly marketing meetings, maintain clear communication with the Marketing Director, and provide monthly marketing and competitor activity reports to leadership and external agencies
- Perform administrative/clerical duties and support cross‑departmental projects as required
THE PERSON |
To be the ideal candidate you should have the following qualifications, skills & experience:
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business)
- Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record managing campaigns and teams
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with excellent interpersonal, organizational and project management abilities
- Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Creative and solutions‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to anticipate and elevate issues
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams to achieve marketing objectives
- Proficiency with InDesign, Canva, or similar design software at an intermediate level is required. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends to support events and campaigns
- Able to lift/carry materials and assist with physical tasks for event setup and breakdown
