Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow our online presence via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to drive engagement.
- Monitor analytics and use insights to continuously improve reach and engagement.
- Work closely with technical, sales, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring creative outputs meet objectives and budgets.
Budget Creation & Management
- Develop the annual marketing budget in alignment with company objectives and planned activities.
- Forecast, track, and manage marketing spend across all channels, campaigns, and events.
- Analyse budget performance regularly, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure all marketing investments deliver measurable value and adhere to financial guidelines and approvals.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
- Strong experience in strategic marketing, campaign management, and brand development.
- Excellent content creation skills, including papers, case studies, and digital campaigns.

- Able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging marketing content.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
