Description Overview

Perrigo, a leading global healthcare provider, is recruiting for a Marketing Lead across one of its three portfolios in the North Europe (North) Cluster, based in London.

The portfolio includes a mix of leading brands and a strong own-label offering in both Women’s Health and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). This role will shape the North Cluster strategy (covering the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Australia) for these categories, setting clear ambitions and defining a roadmap of growth initiatives aligned with consumer and customer needs. In addition, the role will oversee strong execution in the UK and Australian markets, reporting directly to the North Cluster Senior Marketing Director.

Scope of the Role
  • Category Growth Plans: Lead multi-brand growth strategies across categories, delivering measurable commercial outcomes across the North Cluster.
  • Brand Planning & Budget Management: Drive annual brand plans, allocate marketing budgets, and oversee performance frameworks to maximize ROI and scalability.
  • Campaigns & Creative Excellence: Guide the planning and execution of ATL & BTL, ensuring brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Global teams and work closely with Commercial Strategy, Shopper, Sales, Supply and Finance to align marketing activity with commercial outcomes, ensuring shared goals and smooth execution.
  • Market & Brand Guardian: Analyse consumer and category dynamics, track brand and implement actions to strengthen competitive position.
  • Innovation Leadership: Inspire global teams to deliver relevant innovation for the cluster and partner cross-functionally to launch with speed & excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high‑performing team (Currently 3 direct, 2 indirect reports) across London and Sydney.
Experience Required
  • Proven Marketing Leadership: 8+ years in Healthcare, FMCG, or OTC with a track record of delivering growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experienced in partnering with Global teams and functions including Commercial Strategy, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance to land projects and innovations successfully.
  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Ability to build brand strategies & link marketing investment to business performance, combining analytical rigor with marketing intuition.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Willing to roll up sleeves, lead by example, and drive execution across planning, creative, and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performance Marketing Awareness: Understanding of paid, owned & earned media to guide strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial Energy: Thrives in fast-paced environments, brings & drives new ideas.
  • Team Builder: Demonstrated ability to inspire, manage, and develop high-performing teams across geographies.
