We're looking for a proactive, confident Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing and communications for one of our Business Units within the Eminox Group, part of the global Hexadex Group a majority employee‑owned business.

This is a role for a self‑starter who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership, and gets things moving, while working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to deliver aligned, high‑impact marketing activity.

The Role

You’ll have end‑to‑end responsibility for the marketing and communications strategy for your Business Unit, aligned to group objectives and long‑term plans.

You’ll be the link between the Business Unit and its customers translating strategy into clear, compelling campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

You’ll also work closely with one other Marketing & Communications Manager, ensuring alignment and consistency across the group, while retaining clear ownership of your own Business Unit.
