A leading financial services provider in Swindon is seeking a Marketing Campaign Executive to drive product sales and enhance brand engagement through personalized marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, manage direct marketing efforts across various channels, and ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role offers a flexible working approach, aiming to support a strong connection among team members and provide opportunities for creativity and initiative.
We have an opportunity within our Product and Brand Engagement Squads within the broader Customer Marketing team. You’ll work as part of a cross functional team, consisting of all the essential skills and resources required to develop and deliver highly personalised, creative and engaging 121 campaigns with the member always at the heart of everything you do.
As a Marketing Campaign Executive you will be responsible for supporting the creative development and delivery of direct marketing campaigns that drive product sales and brand engagement. Working across all 121 channels - email, mail and digital prompts, you’ll support the end-to-end process from the initial briefing through to go-live. You’ll also ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and to budget with a clear focus on driving commercial, customer and brand outcomes.
For this role you’ll need to have experience in creative development and campaign delivery with good collaboration and stakeholder management skills. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be proactive using your initiative to spot opportunities to optimise creativity to drive customer engagement.

The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.

Working alongside the Content Developers in the squad and with support from your manager, you will be responsible for supporting on the development of clear, engaging and highly personalised direct response communications.
You will write creative briefs, briefing squad copywriters or our CRM agency on asset/campaign requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring all assets are reviewed and approved through our internal creative review process by all key stakeholders. Working closely with your squad Content Editor you’ll ensure email and prompts are built, fully tested and delivered on time. By building a strong working relationship with our mail house, you’ll brief them on direct mail requirements ensuring mailings are thoroughly proofed and successfully delivered.
By utilising customer insight and collating campaign performance data for review you’ll understand how campaigns are performing against key squad objectives. This will enable you to provide learnings and insight for future optimisation to improve campaigns and customer experience by actively driving a test and learn culture.
You will also be responsible for ensuring all campaigns delivered by the squad are on brand, on time and within budget whilst ensuring all assets meet all regulatory requirements and managing these assets through all relevant controls and processes.
Collaboration will be a key part of the role as you’ll be working closely with your team, key stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the campaign and onward journey. Ensuring you invest time in these relationships to align on goals and outcomes will be critical to being successful.
