Our growth is driven by a quest to be the best B2B marketing agency in our space, to redefine the value that an agency can provide its clients, and to be true experts in those areas we deem critical to progressive and results-driven marketing.

We are looking for an ambitious, versatile Marketing Account Manager with a passion for delivering great B2B marketing and developing exceptional client relationships. This role would suit an agency Account Manager or Account Director looking to step up their career, to drive the strategic direction and commercial success of a portfolio of innovative clients in technology, consulting and professional services. Our clients are the B2B giants of tomorrow. They rely on us to shape and deliver their marketing strategies that drive growth. This role combines top-end strategy, marketing planning and client relationships skills – and to be front and centre of the agency at all times. You must have strong B2B marketing knowledge, a desire to succeed and the curiosity to discover and learn. Understanding how the key marketing channels fit together is a must – to build successful marketing plans and deliver on clients’ objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Own and lead the client; build excellent working relationships and trust with key contacts and conduct regular client communication; create and present monthly KPI reports, with analysis on performance; ensure work is planned and briefed in accordance with agency processes.
  • Client marketing plans and strategies: Create and execute the client marketing plan and strategy, ensuring this is accurate and regularly updated; identify and pursue opportunities for growth and account development; create brilliant briefs that lead to great output.
  • Commercials: Ensure the client’s monthly workload is delivered on time and on budget; exceed the client’s quarterly growth target – in addition to exceeding your own quarterly growth target; manage and negotiate client contracts.
  • Core Competencies: Demonstrate professional account management; stay up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends; possess experience across core marketing channels (digital, automation, paid, SEO, social); deliver excellence, brilliance and quality for clients that delivers results.
Skills / Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of agency Account Management/Account Director experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience – with understanding of core marketing channels and technologies
  • Experience creating and delivering successful marketing and campaign plans
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot)
  • Exposure to broader MarTech (CRM integration, analytics platforms etc.)
  • Understanding of the B2B technology sector
  • Positive outlook, problem solving, collaboration, relationship management, communication, adaptability, self-motivation and service-focused mindset
Working Arrangements

Work Environment: Hybrid working – two days a week in the Woking office

Work Hours: Flexible around core hours (10am – 4pm)

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to client locations
