A global defense organization based in Helensburgh seeks a Marine Engineer to provide vital technical expertise and support to the Royal Navy's submarine fleet. As a Marine Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our Submarine Operations Centre, providing technical expertise that keeps the Royal Navy’s submarine fleet mission‑ready. This is a varied and dynamic role where you’ll combine engineering knowledge with cutting‑edge digital tools to improve maintenance management and design projects that ensure operational success. Every day brings new challenges – mechanical, electrical or weapons engineering – making this an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and make a real impact.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day provision of engineering support to Royal Navy submarine ships.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
