A Bit About the Role

Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing department, providing general administrative support to meet departmental objectives. Responsibilities include processing information, delivery notes, drawing packages, and purchase orders, as well as assisting the Materials Manager with ERP material consumption and sales order shipping. You will also handle filing, archiving, and supporting the successful delivery of products and recording of manufacturing information.

We look for a candidate who can prioritise workload, proactively deliver administration requirements, maintain confidential information, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. The ideal person is well‑organised, a clear communicator, flexible, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
