Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Helpdesk team.
  • Delegate queries received through the shared inbox.
  • Communicate with engineers and on-site teams.
  • Monitor workload ensuring timely handling of requests.
  • Perform weekly performance reviews on CAFM System.
