The Role:

As the Managing Director and Executive Coach, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management. This is a high-impact role that requires enhancing operational efficiency, while leading and expanding the business in the other to maintain its position as a market leader. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving operational improvements to enhance client outcomes and coaching program efficiency.
  • Leading and inspiring teams to adapt to emerging trends and meet evolving client needs.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and partners.
  • Innovating and integrating AI-based solutions into the coaching programs to stay ahead of the curve.
