As a global organisation spanning over 60 countries and one rooted in a culture of growth, opportunity, diversity and innovation, LSEG is a place where everyone can grow, develop and fulfil your potential with meaningful careers.**Key Responsibilities*** Works closely with the Operations CFO, finance business partnering leads and business stakeholders in supporting the delivery of operations strategy set by LSEG’s Chief Operating Officer.* Reports financial performance of operations division and related entities and supports divisional cost control and management of financial performance through budgets, forecasts and KPIs.* Accounting due diligence for significant contracts and transactions in compliance with relevant accounting standards.* Coordination, control and reporting of the divisional monthly close and annual legal entity reporting in full compliance with internal and external reporting standards, policies and internal controls.* Supporting Operations allocations model with the Transfer Pricing team.* Evaluates and evolves systems, policies, and processes and drives standardisation, automation and process improvements to increase efficiency* Facilitates internal and external financial audits.* Management of 2 accountants.**Technical/Professional Skills & Competencies*** Proven ability to form strong relationships with customers and stakeholders* Experience in reporting and financial control* Experience of managing a team* Ability to form strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders* Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills* Strong customer focus & work ethic* Experience leading through transformation / change.* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and an accountability mindset**Education/ Certifications*** Professional Finance Qualification – e.g. MBA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent**Career Stage:**Manager**London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information:**Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
