This is where you come in.**The opportunity** ****At IAG Loyalty, our Airline Partnerships team is a key driver of value creation. The team build, manage, and grow partnerships across the IAG group and beyond—making loyalty commercially compelling for our airline partners while delivering extraordinary value for millions of members worldwide.This role is a chance to turn airline insight into growth. You’ll work with airline partners to identify where loyalty can genuinely move the needle—commercially and operationally. Then design individual airline partnerships agreements that are sustainable, mutually beneficial, and impactful.You’ll manage long term airline partnerships through a structured, data led approach. Building proposals and iterating with the airline partners over time to deliver outcomes that benefit both IAG Loyalty and our partners.You can make a visible impact, develop your career, and add leverage to your existing airline expertise.This role is based out of our London office. We call our approach to hybrid working *The Blend* — it’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.**What you’ll be doing** ********Build & Deliver Data-Driven Partnerships* Develop partnership proposals using data and analysis to shape commercial models aligned with IAG and IAG Loyalty objectives* Lead negotiations with new and re-negotiations with existing airline partners, creating data led commercial cases that deliver mutual value* Track partnership performance, identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and ensure agreements are followed****Spot Opportunities & Turn Insight into Action* Identify where the real growth opportunities with partners lie* Use your airline knowledge to spot where loyalty can create value, and then helping turn that into something airlines can actually deliver.* Combine insight with execution: know where to push, where to compromise, and how to land outcomes that work for both sides****Build Strong Relationships* Foster lasting relationships across IAG Loyalty and partner airlines* Navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence, from operational teams to senior executives* Collaborate across teams—finance, data, operations, and marketing—to deliver partnership initiatives**** Be Part of Our Culture* Play an active role in creating a positive, collaborative team culture* Work in a fast-paced, small team where your contributions are visible and impactful**What we need from you** * Proven experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, with a track record of building and sustaining relationships that deliver measurable results.* Proven data analysis ability combined with commercial expertise will enable you to negotiate agreements and ensure that partnerships generate real value for the group.* Airline knowledge that lets you turn insight into reality, designing proposals that truly work in practice* You will be confident in navigating complex stakeholder environments and skilled at identifying opportunities that align with strategic objectives. Able to position the commercial value of Avios to airlines* Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage at all levels* Collaborative mindset and a genuine drive for shared success.
