A community housing association in Glasgow seeks volunteer Committee Members to guide the organization and support the local community. As a Committee Member, you will meet monthly to make impactful decisions and contribute to the organization's future direction. Experience in Property or Financial Management is preferred, and training will be provided. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference while accessing various personal development training.
We are a community based housing association in the Pollok area in the southside of Glasgow. We currently own and manage over a 1000 homes and provide a factoring service to just over 200 factored owners. We have been operating as a social landlord for almost 40 years. We are financially sound and have a strong track record in providing good quality, affordable homes and achieving good performance.
Rosehill recently became a charitable registered housing association (previously being a fully mutual housing co‑operative). The main drive for this was to open up our membership and to attract people with a range of skills and experience to join our Management Committee.

The Management Committee meets monthly (with the exception of July and December). Meetings are held in our Committee Room within our offices. Rosehill actively encourages Committee Members to attend meetings in person but recognises the importance of flexibility in order to support effective participation in our governance.
