Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Maintenance/Service Engineer North.

The Maintenance/Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, providing technical support, maintenance and repair of machines, and performing field service operations. Effective communication with clients and team members is also a key part of this role.

We require a Field Service Engineer based in or around the North East, North West of England, this is a full time permanent position. The role will involve servicing and repairing our premium quality range of floor cleaning and steam machines therefore we would prefer knowledge of cleaning machines, the industry and a technical/mechanical aptitude, although training could be given. The role may also involve training and installation of our range of high performance cleaning machines to end user clients.

As this is a customer facing role an out-going and friendly personality will be an asset. A company van, phone and tablet will be supplied. The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and complete tasks to a high standard.
