Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Completed a work-based apprenticeship in a similar role.
• Safety qualification such as IOSH Working Safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair asset/component breakdowns.
• Complete PPM tasks including Condition Based Monitoring.
• Provide timely breakdown response to emergencies.

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to use a computer

Technical skills in electrical/electronic systems

Fault finding techniques

Education

NVQ level 3 in an Engineering discipline

Passed Maths and English GCSE Grade 5
