Priory Hill House is looking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant to join the team. This is a part time role of 22 hours.
Hill House is located in Pulham St Mary, a small country village near Diss, Norfolk. The service offers residential support for seven males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis. We are in a semi‑rural location, off a main road, and surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day‑to‑day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

The ideal candidate will have basic numeracy and literacy skills, be detail‑oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively. They should demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision, possess a strong customer‑focused attitude, and show a commitment to teamwork. Experience and understanding in a building, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical discipline is desirable.
