Overview

Logoplaste UK is currently seeking to recruit a Machine Operator.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader you will be required to perform advanced duties on the shopfloor and operate plant specific equipment to support production.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating machines and other associated equipment efficiently as per instructions.
• Maintaining machines and equipment.
• Being Health & Safety compliant.
• Maintaining high standards of Housekeeping.

Qualifications

Background and Experience

• 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety
• Action orientated and able to follow work instructions
• Mechanical / electrical experience would be advantageous

Technical Skills

• Tool changes and planned maintenance would be advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent Team skills along with an enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to their current role, whilst being an effective communicator at all levels.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational skills and job prioritization
• Good communication, flexibility and reliability are essential for this position
