M&E Night Guest Services Assistant

The Lensbury Resort invites candidates to join as an M&E Night Guest Services Assistant. The role supports the smooth running of events by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality across conference rooms, storerooms, and associated areas during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean meeting rooms – tables, floors, windows, equipment; keep cables and bins tidy.
• Set up flipcharts, pens, pads; check clocks, blinds, lights, and Wi‑Fi.
• Provide water, glasses; maintain coffee stations; assist with lunch service; restock as needed.
• Wash and store crockery and utensils; clean dishwashers, surfaces, floors; empty bins.
• Keep storerooms organised, restocked and secure.
