Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the United Kingdom seeks an Operations Manager for Mechanical and Electrical Installation. This role involves leading project delivery across selected locations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while managing required resources and teams. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree, has a minimum of 5 years in regulated environments, and demonstrates strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. This position offers a competitive salary package including a car allowance or company car.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years within a highly regulated multi-discipline environment.
  • Direct experience of Mechanical & Electrical Installation projects.
  • Proven track record of work winning and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IS delivery for a nominated location/site.
  • Ensure compliance with NUVIA standards for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality.
  • Produce monthly reports covering budget progress, safety, and risks.
