The successful candidate will provide legal support on various corporate transactions, shareholder compliance, and contract management. Ideal applicants will have relevant paralegal experience and be available to start right away. This full-time role requires working in the office four days a week now with potential extension beyond the initial term.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate law.
• Immediate availability to start the role required.

Responsibilities

• Support with a wide range of legal areas including corporate transactions and compliance.
• Review, draft, and amend contracts as needed.
• Perform general administrative support related to legal tasks.

M&A Paralegal (6 Month FTC) IMMEDIATE START

We are looking to speak with Corporate paralegals who would interested in an in-house role starting ASAP in London. Please note you must be immediately available to start the role to be able to be considered for this position. The role will run for 3 to 6 months initially however could be extended for up to 12 months+.

The role will involve supporting with a wide range of legal areas as listed below.

• Corporate transactions/M&A matters
• Shareholder administration
• Shareholder compliance
• Company secretarial tasks
• Contract support - reviewing, drafting, amending
• General admin support

This role is a full time position and the business work from the office 4 days per week. Please get in touch for more information.
